Welcome to SNABIGO. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the SNABIGO mobile application and our informational website. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About SNABIGO

SNABIGO is a hospital-focused quick support delivery service that helps patients, caregivers, and attendants receive essential non-medical items near hospitals in a timely manner.

The SNABIGO website is for informational purposes only. All services, orders, and deliveries are provided through the SNABIGO mobile application.

2. User Eligibility

SNABIGO services are intended for general use by hospital attendants, caregivers, and family members.

Users below the age of 18 may use the application under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the app, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to place orders.

3. Account & Login

Users must log in using a valid mobile number verified via OTP.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

SNABIGO is not responsible for any misuse of the app resulting from incorrect, shared, or unauthorized phone numbers.

4. Orders & Delivery

Orders placed through the SNABIGO app are subject to product availability and service coverage.

Delivery timelines shown in the app are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, hospital access restrictions, or operational constraints.

SNABIGO delivers non-medical essential items only. We do not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or healthcare services.

5. Payments

Accepted payment methods include UPI and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Prices displayed in the app are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise.

SNABIGO reserves the right to update prices, delivery fees, or service charges at any time.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Order cancellation may be permitted before dispatch, subject to operational feasibility.

Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or as per operational policy.

7. User Responsibilities

By using SNABIGO, you agree not to:

Provide false, misleading, or incorrect information

Misuse the app for unlawful or harmful purposes

Harass delivery personnel or staff

Attempt to interfere with or disrupt app operations

Violation of these terms may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

8. Limitation of Liability

SNABIGO is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond reasonable control.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

SNABIGO does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and materials used in the SNABIGO app and website are the property of SNABIGO and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.

10. Modifications to Services & Terms

SNABIGO reserves the right to:
